I develop mostly web-based applications that utilize Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access, or mySQL as thier database. I develop a wide variety of database applications and have been focused lately on web based accounting development with Spectrum Construction Software (formerly ForeFront Accounting Software) including dashboarding, kpi's (key performance indicators), crystal reports, and dynamic charting and often show up in our MOSS 2007 (Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007). I have experience as an OSAS (Open Systems Accounting Software) programmer and web developer using the BBX database system. I developed accounting applications, extended functionality of accounting applications including modifications to existing programs and data structures. I also co-developed an ecommerce suite called Open Commerce built in BBX with Open Systems Accounting Software as the host application and a platform independent ecommerce engine.

Many users have become accustomed to rich client interfaces as served up by traditional client server software. Using some of the newer technology available for programming in a web based environment, we can now produce a rich, interactive, user friendly interface with tools like AJAX, javascript, and other dynamic elements.
